Go gently through your life with less haste
Take the days more calmly, at a slower pace
With all the hustle and bustle it's hard I know
Building up emotions causes lines that show
Everything is time, you must get there fast
But all the rushing and tearing may damage your heart
Everyone has troubles, of this you can be sure
So when you know they need help, open up your door
Guide the very young, along a steady path
Give them a helping hand and answer when they ask
If you had it hard when you were very small
I know it was sad, but don't punish them all
You are very precious, so go easy on yourself
Fits of rage and frustration will only harm your health
Help the aged and lonely, though proud some may be
Spread your love around you, for others to see
