I was dancing quite madly, when I tripped and fell to the floor
Breaking my leg and in agony, I crawled my way to the door
Cursing quite profusely, I then cracked my nose on the wall
By now feeling very dizzy, I desperately searched for a stool
I know I am very clumsy and have always been accident prone
I had a ringing in my head and every movement made me groan
My leg strapped up in plaster, to move was quite a strain
I was hacking away at some bread when I felt this awful pain
Now I have lost the tip of my finger, it fell off and dropped to the ground
In agony I am yelling, while my blood drips all around
My heel slipped in my blood, I fell flat upon my face
I thought I was good-looking, but now I am minus my brace
Lying here in hospital, my mind is completely calm
With all the pills and injections, I could come to no more harm
Two nurses smiling sweetly, tell me they must move my bed
The blasted thing collapses and new I've split open my head
So if you want to visit me, don't go to ward one you see
Come to the hospital graveyard, for that is where I shall be!
